Returns/ Exchanges
We know that sometimes you may not be entirely happy with your purchase. We are happy to exchange items (terms and conditions apply) but we do regret that we will not refund your purchase. For hygiene reasons earrings or any pieces used for piercings cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please note:
A request for exchange needs to be made within 5 days of purchase/receiving your item. Please contact us at info@parssilver.co.za.
In the event that the product is not defective upon purchase, the purchaser will be liable for a 10% handling fee as well as any shipping costs incurred.
We regret that any items received that are not in original condition cannot be credited.
All goods must be returned to us unworn and in the original packaging within 14 days.
Each item will be assessed by our team to ensure it is in the original condition. If the returned piece is in original condition your account will be credited for your next purchase.
Damaged Items
Each item is carefully checked and packaged with care before leaving our store. In the event that items are delivered damaged you will need to take relevant pictures and email info@parssilver.co.za within 48 hours. Please include all your contact details. Our team will then be in touch with you.
Shipping
When returning items we recommend that you obtain proof of postage and use a traceable method of shipping. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post. Returns that have not been received will not be credited.
Repairs
We love our customers and we are happy to help. Should you have a piece that is still under warranty and requires some love and care, bring it into our store at Shop L33, Sandton City Mall, Sandton, Johannesburg. Please remember to bring along a copy of your receipt as our team cannot assist you without proof of purchase. We can also assist with pieces that are out of warranty for a nominal fee.
