What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept payment via PayFast and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). You do not need to own a PayFast account in order to pay by card (payment fees are charged to the seller, not the buyer).

Customers paying by card will receive an initial notification directly from PayFast. Customers paying by EFT should email a Proof of Payment to  Please note that an EFT order will only be dispatched once payment has reflected. This will result in a later delivery of your order.

How much is shipping?

Standard delivery is free for all orders in South Africa over R750. For orders below R750, shipping will be R80. A flat rate of R500 will be charged for all international orders.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Orders are usually shipped in 1-3 working days after payment has been received. Our courier collects Monday to Friday and you should receive your parcel within 1 – 5 working days (depending on where you are based).  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exactly when or what time your package will arrive, especially if you do not live in a main city.

International delivery times will vary depending on the country. A tracking number will be provided in order for you to track the delivery of your parcel.

Can I collect my order?

All items found on the Pars Silver website are only available online. Should you wish to see our range, you can stop at our physical store which is located in Sandton City Mall (shop L33). Please note that the range carried instore may differ from what is available online.

Can an item be resized?

All online items are sold as is. Should you require any adjustments to be made, simply print out a receipt and produce it along with your item at our physical store at Shop L33, Sandton City Mall, Johannesburg and our Jewellers will make any adjustments (where possible).

Adjustments can be made after the warranty date at a nominal fee.

I cannot find my size or an item is out of stock?
